Quick Pickled Summer Vegetables
Plant variety doesn't have to mean elaborate recipes or expensive ingredients. Sometimes it's as simple as adding a few extra vegetables, some fresh herbs and a splash of something delicious to foods you're already eating. These elderflower quick pickles do exactly that.
